Connecting to the Spirit Realm
I believe the spirit world is all around us, not off somewhere beyond our reach. We occupy the
same space, just at different energetic frequencies. The spirits are available to all of us, and it is
only a matter of learning how to contact them and trust the information you are receiving. The
messages in my book were received this way. I started very simply by asking spirit for
information. I did this by meditating with a crystal on my forehead. Next, I started to sit in nature
and asked a tree, a bird, or a plant if they had something to share. When I created a sacred
circle, the messages from Spiritual Beings began to flow. This is how I did it, and you can, too.
